Refund Policy

We want you to be confident before you buy. Each plan has a clear refund window. To request a refund, email support@vecindr.com — we respond within 48 hours.

Refund Windows by Plan

Single Municipality Report

$9.99 one-time

Full refund within 7 days — if not downloaded

  • You have 7 days from purchase to request a full refund
  • Refunds are only available if you have not yet downloaded the PDF
  • Once a PDF has been downloaded from your account, the purchase is final
  • To check whether your report has been downloaded, log in to your account and visit the Reports section

Monthly Subscription

$29.99 / month

Cancel anytime — no partial refunds

  • Cancel at any time from your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
  • We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days in the current billing period
  • If you were charged due to a technical error, contact us within 48 hours for a full refund

Annual Plan

$99 / year

Full refund within 7-day trial — no refunds after

  • Annual plans include a 7-day free trial — no charge during the trial period
  • Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge
  • If you cancel within the trial period after the charge has already processed (within the first 24 hours of the charge), you will receive a full refund
  • After the 7-day trial window closes, the annual fee is non-refundable
  • There are no partial refunds for unused months on an annual plan

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@vecindr.com with:

  • The email address associated with your Vecindr account
  • The plan or report you purchased
  • The date of purchase (found in your confirmation email)
  • The reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)

We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Technical Issues

If you experienced a technical problem — a report that failed to generate, a duplicate charge, or an error during checkout — contact us at support@vecindr.com immediately. We will resolve the issue or issue a full refund regardless of the normal refund window.

This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.
